Verify your account email address
In order to use some features of Hellonext and post in our forums, the email address of your Hellonext account needs to be verified.
If you've ever clicked on a link in an email we've sent you, you're all set—your email address has already been verified. If your email address hasn't been verified yet, we'll send you a link via email the first time you take an action that requires verification. You can also do it right now:
Verify your email address
- Go to hellonext.co ↗
- Click on Sign in on the top right corner of the page
- Click on Resend Confirmation Email and enter your email address to get the confirmation email back.
- Look for the verification email in your inbox and click the link in that email. A confirmation message will appear in your web browser.
Didn't get the email?
Check your spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there. You can also add the email address email@example.com to your address book and then try sending the email again. If you're still not receiving the email, contact your email service provider to troubleshoot further.
What happens if I change the email address associated with my Hellonext account?
If you ever change the email address associated with your Hellonext account, you'll need to verify your new email the next time you do something like send a referral or a shared folder invitation.
