Setting Default order for Users

All of your posts and comments submitted by the users will be visible on your Dashboard, viewable for everyone.

This list, lo and behold, can be sorted as per your wishes. All you have to do is follow this three-step process:

  1. Sign into your Firm’s account and go to your Dashboard.
  2. On the left panel, you will be able to see the “Boards” option. Click on “Settings & Embed” on the boards page.
  3. Lastly, scrolling down will show you the “Default Sort” option on the page. Click on the drop-down menu and sort according to your requirements!

You will be happy to note that the default sort order of the posts is "Latest or the Top Posts". This can be changed by admins and members at anytime, by following the steps we have given you above.

In the user side:

Initially all the posts are sorted in the default sort option chosen by admins of the organisation

But, the users themselves are also able to sort the given options in the dropdown as per their wishes by clicking on the filter on the Homepage page itself.
