How to disable new email notifications for Administrators

Yes! You can quickly disable email notifications from Hellonext for Administrators under the Admin Dashboard’s Organization Settings.

Usually whenever there is a new post across the Boards on Hellonext, the administrators of Hellonext get an email about the new post. The same happens for new comments as well. This is to make sure there is nothing that is missed out of the loop, since every feedback could be a business-altering feedback.

Sometimes, you don’t want repeated notifications. Instead, you are always on Hellonext or you have Hellonext integrated to your favorite instant messaging platform. In such cases, you might want to disable email notifications for both posts & comments. Here's how you can achieve it:

  1. Access your Admin Dashboard.
  2. Click on Organization Settings.
  3. Under Basic settings, you will find the option “Admin Email Notifications” under the “Notifications” section.
  4. Disable the toggle button and you now have the email notifications disabled for your Administrators.
