Difference between Public and Private Organisation
Public Organisation vs Private Organisation!
A Public Organisation is accessible to any customer without the necessity to log in. Any customer who lands on your organisation’s page can look at the existing feedbacks, provide feedback, submit new ideas, report bugs and so on. There are no restrictions when it comes to Public Organisation. Users can utilise the organisation wholesome without any restrictions unless the admins made for that particular organisation. As a Hellonext user you can create more than one organisation. If you require privacy among each organisation, you can use the make use of private option. This makes the organization private by giving access only to the admins and its team members. Other users cannot view or use any of its functionalities.
As soon as you sign up for Hellonext you would be taken through the steps to create an Organisation. At this point you enable the toggle button to make your Organization private.
If left unchanged during the setup process, the organization will be set to public. If you would like to make it private at any point you can follow the steps below:
- Go to Dashboard of your organization
- Click on Organisation Settings
- In Basic section, under Privacy you can enable “Organization Privacy”.
