Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is the bare minimum yet functional version of your product that you can ship to your customers. It is the first step towards building a product that you can scale.

MVP has the three major aspects of a product development to the bare minimum:

  • Time
  • Effort
  • Value

As a Product Manager, you can bet on creating MVPs to prove that your idea works with your customers, and invest more to build a product for a larger customer base. While developing a MVP, you always put your customer perspective above all.
